The miraculous fruit or Synsepalum dulcificum is a red berry, this plant is native to West Africa. The pulp of this fruit makes the taste of other foods sweet. This active ingredient called miraculina, is a glycoprotein molecule which has the effect that all this sweet or bitter acid.
