Variety of Californian origin winner of numerous competitions tasting and therefore for many enthusiasts of this fruit one of the best chirimoyas the world, of medium size, not available for commercial sale by its delicacy and difficult to transport. Smooth skin, and almost edible something that does not happen in "Fino de Jete". In 1986 Rudy Haluza of Villa Park California developed this variety of best chirimoyas available. The Bumpo gets its name because this medium-sized fruit has large lumps. The skin is very thin and almost edible meat tastes great and very smooth creamy texture and veryfew seeds. Tree grafted both immediate entry into fruition.
